BUMF: Delivering a welcome burst of citrus and tropical fruits on the nose, this light and hazy IPA (made from 52g of surplus fresh pasta, no less!) delivers on the classic East Coast characteristics. Finished by dry hopping with plenty of American hops, we give the beer a delectable dry and slightly bitter note that is unmistakably West Coast.
